Why Your Action Plan Matters

From Vision to Reality
Why Your Action Plan Matters
This section will go over your locations and general plan of action for the entire production of your project. This should include some of the following:
Filming locations- Make this list as concise as possible, specify if there is a cost associate with each location or if it is a free.
Pre-production needs and the time it will take for these to be assembled- This can include:
Casting
Assembling crew
Storyboard/ shot list
Post-production needs and expectations- This can include:
Editing
Special effects
Scoring/ music

This is great to include because it helps you get your plan together, and also shows your audience the plan of action once they invest in you or agree to make your project.
We’ve got some tips from our very own panelists at Film Pitch ATL on what they like to see from a film pitch! You can read more about this and other topics on how to improve your film or screenplay pitch in our E-Book, the Pitching Best Practices Guide. Do you have yours yet?
