Women’s Comedy Film Festival ATL Kicks Off!
Tomorrow night in ATL: Women’s Comedy Film Festival ATL Kicks Off!
Little Five Points is the place to be this weekend.

As Women’s History Month spotlights the contributions of women shaping our culture, Cinema Life is proud to return with the Women’s Comedy Film Festival ATL (WCFFatl). Starting tomorrow, March 27 through March 29, 2026, we are taking over 7 Stages Theatre in the heart of Atlanta’s Little Five Points corridor.
This three-day festival isn’t just about laughing—though you will laugh, a lot. It’s about celebrating the women redefining comedic storytelling on screen. It’s about strengthening metro Atlanta’s reputation as a powerhouse for independent film. And most importantly, it’s about providing platform, opportunity, and infrastructure for women in entertainment.
Honoring a True Trailblazer: Terri J. Vaughn
We are thrilled to announce that the major highlight of the 2026 festival is the presentation of the Trailblazer Award to the acclaimed actor, writer, producer, and director, Terri J. Vaughn.

Recognizing her multifaceted impact on comedy, from The Steve Harvey Show to Meet the Browns and her Netflix hit Miss Governor (which she wrote, produced, directed, and stars in!), Vaughn’s career perfectly reflects our mission: women owning their creative narratives and leading productions.
What to Expect: 3 Days of Comedy & Connection
