Last Sunday, we wrapped up the sixth edition of the Atlanta Women’s Film Festival at 7 Stages Theatre in Atlanta. It was a day filled with hours of films, six table reads, and conversations that reminded us why we do this work.

To all the filmmakers, writers, producers, and actors who submitted their work: thank you. Your courage and creativity are what make this festival possible. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to our volunteers, our sponsors like CineFi, and every attendee who purchased a pass. This community is built by all of you.

The awards ceremony was the perfect way to celebrate the incredible talent showcased throughout the day. We are proud to announce the winners. Congratulations to everyone!

As we close the chapter on AWFF 2026, we want to remind you that the film community here in Atlanta is always growing. If you have a project in development or just finished, now is the time to get it out there. Keep an eye on our site for upcoming deadlines from other festivals in the Cinema Life family.
